Allure does not issue any return labels you have to purchase a shipping label for all returns. PLEASE email [email protected]  to recieve return address. 

if an item is sold out and you are unable to do an exchange, you will receive a store credit.

  • PLEASE READ!!! ENSURE THAT CLOTHES ARE UNWORN, IN CLEAR PLASTIC, WITH TAGS ATTACHED! IF RETURNS ARE BALLED UP AND RETURNED IN UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION, STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED!
  • You have 3 days to initiate a return once your package is delivered. We don't offer refunds, STORE CREDIT ONLY!  Please read ALL descriptions and/or view videos before purchasing. We provide descriptions and videos to make sure you are getting the correct size.
  • We fully inspect products before shipping them out. Damaged items are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. We will request photographs. If an item is damaged, we will send the SAME item you ordered. We will not send a different item.
  • Once an order is placed, we can't cancel, modify, or change due to speed of shipping. If you order wrong size or color, we aren't responsible.  
  • We don’t adjust prices even if you forgot to add a discount code, use it on your next purchase if it’s still valid.
